tell me about it, we use a photo company at work to develop photos, nothing is worse then being on hold for half an hour and hearing "my sharona" all the time :/

at least I had nice classical music, even if it was interrupted every 10 seconds with the 'your call is important to us' message. worst thing was, at the beginning of that message the guy takes a breath and every time I thought it was someone picking up...

Ah, I don't miss serco at all.

Use 2 seperate phones just incase you get lost to the netherworld in one of them!!
